The album was newly remastered from the original recording sessions, and features a selection of bonus tracks. You can stream the film on Amazon Video (under both titles), and also buy it on DVD.

NOTE: This is the studio-quality 48kHz/24-bit edition available only on Bandcamp. The full-range 48kHz sound is only available if you download the FLAC, WAV or AIFF versions.
