This album contains all of the additional music composed by Gavin Salkeld for the films DARK INTENTIONS (2018), DARK INTENTIONS 2 (2019), and DARK INTENTIONS 3 (2020), as well as a selection of bonus tracks from the original recording sessions. Writer, director, and producer John Michael Hightower Jr provided the following comments for this release in March 2024:

"Gavin has a tremendous understanding of exactly what makes a score work in a film. Dark Intentions needed a gritty edge to it. It needed to descend into the dark worlds of corruption and betrayal, but at the same time arise into hope and redemption. Not only did Gavin capture the very essence of suspense, drama, hard-hitting action and the emotion that our hero, Seth, felt during his ever-twisting and turning journey, but Gavin also managed to do so harmonizing his work with another composer while still maintaining his own unique artistic voice. On my first film, Song For The Wounded and then subsequently on The Chosen One, I have had the privilege of creating a fruitful partnership with Gavin. Gavin, my hats off to you on yet another project well done."
